• Orders below $1,000: full payment required upfront
• Orders $1,000 and above: 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due on the day of installation
Lead times vary by product, since manufacturing only begins once payment is made (usually within a week for simpler products) — just reach out to us and we'll confirm the expected timeline for your specific order and always aim to complete it as quickly as possible.
The exact time slot is only finalised the day before installation, as we coordinate across multiple sites. Let us know if you prefer morning or afternoon and we'll accommodate where possible.
